This article will guide you through the process of building up Base 3, unlocking all slots, and properly placing buildings in each slot at different stages to optimize and speed up the base development.

Base 3 is unlocked upon clearing sector 39, and grants a synth speed multiplier.

Growth Setups[edit source]

Your primary focus early on is mats income, so you can get more slots. Do NOT level up Parts for the time being, as the drain would be too big.

From this point onward, you can start thinking about getting some parts for that slot in the second row, between the 3 Materials. The following setups feature one for pure Materials income, and one for Parts income, for each slot.

At around this point, you can start generating Components:

If your booster is level 7 or higher (1.89x), you can swap Materials and Boosters for better Materials income. Once the 6e13 slot has been unlocked, Parts can safely be levelled as much as you can afford.

Final Setups[edit source]

Once all Building slots are fully unlocked it is time to utilize Base 3 to the fullest, and get as many Materials and Components as possible. There are several setups that work, though the best ones focus on the income of 1-2 resources. Those that focus on all 3 resources are weaker, but they can be useful for those who don't want to switch loadouts and/don't have much time and/some other reason.

You can replace either the quad-boosted Materials with Parts (row 4, column 2) and the Materials in row 3 with a Drain Reducer, or the quad-boosted Parts with Materials (row 4, column 4), depending on which resource you want to focus on:
